Insurance – #iam1915 (I am Kenyan Alliance)

“An insurance company is only as strong as the people behind it.” For over a century, Kenyan Alliance had stood as one of the country’s oldest insurance providers. But the leadership recognized while their brand had legacy, their staff, the true backbone of the company, hasn’t always felt part of that story. The challenge isn’t about customers or markets. It is about belonging. We have created #Iam1915, a bold internal campaign to remind staff that they are the company. Whether you are a receptionist, an underwriter, or the CEO, you can proudly say: “I am 1915.” We worked with Kenyan Alliance to refine their brand essence and align it with the values of their workforce. The activities have given staff a rare chance to interact beyond titles and departments, strengthening bonds across the organization. This internal rebranding campaign was commissioned by Kenyan Alliance Insurance, with CBCC leading the strategy, design, and execution of the #Iam1915 identity.
